Halotherapy is a drug free, safe and all natural breathing therapy. During your session, our halogenerator disperses a salt aerosol into the air simulating the salted microclimate of the ancient European salt caves. Our dry heat sauna is a great way to boost metabolism, cleanse the skin, and detoxify the body. Infrared Saunas use light to create heat that gently warms the body and raises core body temperature to produce a therapeutic sweat.
